# Usage

# Creating a New Dynamic Field

After installing the module, navigate to the administrative menu and create a new dynamic field of type:

Add the desired parameters in the field registration screen, as in the example below:

# Checking last call article

After you create the field, you can add the field you created in an OTRS report, for example:

Where will be displayed, in the value of the dynamic field created, the body of the last article of each ticket listed.
